January 2022	International Art & Craft Exhibition	The event is planned to showcase arts and crafts that our international students bring along with them from their home countries
May 2022	International Culinary Competition	The event is planned to let our international students showcase their cooking and culinary skills. A small token prize will also be awarded
September 2022	International Cultural Day	The event is planned to showcase rich cultural diversity of our international students’ population. Our international students will perform a cultural item (song, dance skit etc) from their country in their traditional attire
01st March 2022	Workshop/Training on Internationalization	The event is planned to give hands-on training to the international relations office members of different IITs on the challenges in internationalization of higher education
02nd November 2022	Workshop on Joint Doctoral Degree Program	The workshop is planned for PhD students and faculty members to apprise them about academic and funding opportunities for joint PhD programs with foreign universities
April 2022	Orientation Program on International Societies	The seminar will have representatives from organizations conferring prestigious awards and honors in the field of Science and Technology. The representatives from these organizations will be invited to speak about the award history, eligibility criteria, and share brief profiles of notable recipients in the country/institute
22nd April 2022	EU – India Cooperation Webinar on EU day	To widen the interaction with academic institutions and students to give them an insight into the EU project, its founding principles, and policies and programmes

Faculty members will also take part in promotional events and in meetings with top government officials such as ambassadors, high ranked staff in consulates/ embassy, and our alumni.
Nepal (Apr 2022) Sri Lanka (Sep 2022) Bhutan (Oct 2022)	Education Fairs	Groups including IR Office staff and faculty members will visit following countries to take part in promotional events aimed at attracting international students.
