Update: We are no longer taking any accommodation request. For onsite-booking (if available) following rates will be charged:

• Single Room (Rs. 2000 per person per day)
• Shared Room (Rs. 1000 per person per day)

Dear delegate, as far as accommodation is concerned, we shall try to accommodate you at IITR GNEC guest house after payment on first come first serve basis.

To reserve your accommodation, please fill this form. Payment can be made onsite.

Rooms at IITR GNEC guest house are avialable as per following rates:

• Single Room (Rs. 1000 per person per day)
• Shared Room (Rs. 500 per person per day)

If you wish to stay outside, then please make your own arrangements. Also, drop an email to cvip2017@iitr.ac.in, regarding your accommodation, in case you don't opt guest house accommodation.
