Department of Earthquake Engineering is working from last six decades to promote and enlarge the exchange of technical scientific and professional knowledge related to earthquake engineering. The 16SEE will be preceded by two workshops as pre-conference event to be held at IIT Roorkee. The workshops will focus on the recent advances and the developments that are taking place in Resilient Structures and Seismic SSI. Speakers from various parts of India and abroad will present some of the salient aspects of Resilient Structures and Soil-Structure Interaction.
