Advanced Tools and Techniques for Managed Aquifer Recharge (ATTMAR)
(21 to 24 Nov, 2022)

About the Training: The training was conducted in offline mode and attended by 28 participants from 5 Indian states like Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. This training provided the participants with an understanding of advanced modelling techniques and helped the participants to get exposure to modern lab facilities and equipment's necessary for groundwater studies.





Approaches for management of Groundwater Quantity and Quality with special focus on MAR
(6- 10 June, 2022)

About the Training: The training was conducted in online mode and attended by 61 participants from 6 Indian states like Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. The training created awareness among the officer trainees about the present situation of groundwater on country scale. and improved the basic understanding of the trainee officers on various topics on groundwater recharge, MAR methods, groundwater quality modelling.
