We welcome submissions on the following topics for ICN:3I-2017's technical program in the following areas and not limited to:
Abstract Submission CLOSED
The abstract submission guidelines of the ICN:3I-2017 are intended to provide clear instructions before submitting an abstract. You are kindly requested to
carefully read the guidelines stated below.
- The abstract submission is closed on September 15, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM (IST). Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
- The ICN:3I-2017 committee encourages the submission of original scientific material unpublished at the time of the abstract submission deadline.
- The abstract title and text may not contain trade names.
- Do not submit the same study in multiple abstracts. Abstracts that appear as more than one version of a single study will be rejected.
- Authors who are not themselves native English speakers may need to take particular care to ensure that their manuscript are clear and grammatically correct.
- The authors are requested to send their abstract in the .doc/.docx format via email to icn3i2017@gmail.com with the submission no., which is generated through easychair.org.
Notification of Abstract Acceptance
The Organising Committee will notify the submitter about acceptance or rejection of abstract by September 30, 2017 October 15, 2017.

Proceedings
Selected papers, would be included in the conference post proceedings published by MATERIALS TODAY-PROCEEDINGS (ELSEVIER) after Peer-Review process.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings will be available at the start of the conference and
remains available online.
Presentation Format
Timing for the Presentations:
Plenary Lecture: 30 minutes
Invited Talk: 20 minutes
Oral Presentations: 10 minutes
Plenary Lectures
Plenary lectures provide an opportunity for ICN:3I 2017 attendees and the public to hear from world-renowned speakers.
The speakers discuss important progress on pressing science, technology, and share insights into future directions.
Plenary lectures are free and open to all.

Oral Presentations
The list of accepted Oral & Invited Talk presentations is available on the Oral Sessions webpage.
Your registration to the conference is mandatory for the presentation of your paper. You will need to inform us if you
are unable to make a presentation in the meeting before 15th November 2017.
PRESENTATION’S RULES
- Speakers get to present on time.
- You will need to load your Power Point presentation in the Preview Room at least one session prior to your scheduled session.
PRESENTATION FORMAT
Only Power Point presentations, Office 2007 or prior versions for PC, are accepted. (PowerPoint version used in the meeting room is Office 2007 for best compatibility reasons).
Please save the presentation on a CD or USB. If you have pictures, they must be in the following format: .jpg, .gif, .tiff, or.bmp (format .pict is NOT accepted).
PREVIEW ROOM
The Preview room, staffed by technicians to assist you. You will be able to review your presentation here and make changes if necessary.
SESSION PROCEDURE
On the day of your presentation arrive 45 minutes before your session is due to start to meet the session chair and the AV technician. Bring your presentation on a
CD or USB key as a backup.
A laptop will be available at the podium for the speakers to use during the talk. You will have a remote control with a laser pointer at the lectern.
Each session will be managed by a Chair and co-chair, who will introduce the speakers and keep time. Speakers are invited to sit in the front row of reserved seats and the Chair will invite you to present your paper at the allotted time.

Poster Presentations
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Please carefully read the information below
The list of accepted posters presentations is available on the Poster Sessions webpage.
There are three sessions for poster presentations, each one and half hours long: 16:30 to 18:00 (Wednesday, 06 December 2017), 11:30 to 13:00 (Thursday, 07 December 2017) and 16:30 to 18:00 (Thursday, 07 December 2017).
During these times there will be many delegates walking around the Hall and you are therefore required to be present to discuss your poster with any delegates that are interested to know more.
The board numbers, corresponding to numbered boards at the conference venue, are allocated and published on the website and also in the printed programme.
Please respect the board number you are given which correspond to the list in the programme as well. The boards are located in the “Poster Area” of the "Foyer" of Lecture Hall Complex (LHC).
Poster size: 32” X 40”, portrait format
POSTER GUIDELINES
Each poster space will be 40 inches high and 32 inches wide. Please ensure that your poster meets the listed criteria.
POSTER DISPLAY AND PRESENTATION
- You are requested to mount and dismantle your posters at the following designated time on the day advised for your poster display:
Morning Session: Mounting: 09:30 | Dismantling: 13:30
Evening Session: Mounting: 14:15 | Dismantling: 18:00
- Poster evaluation would be carried out by a team of experts. The poster presenters are required to stay at the poster site for the duration of the poster session.
Morning Session: 11:30-13:00
Evening Session: 16:30-18:00
- The best posters from each theme will be awarded.
- The poster awards would be conferred on 08th December during the valedictory session.
- Posters must be dismounted on the same day after the session is over.
- Any posters that are not dismounted by the required time will be removed. Since fresh posters will be put up the following day.
- Bring your own material for fixing the posters on the boards like pins, double sided tapes, etc.
- The organizing Committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to posters after the session is over.
- Posters in loose sheets or A4 sheets are disqualified.

Withdrawal policy
If authors wish to withdraw their abstracts from presentation or publication they are requested to send a letter via e-mail to icn3i2017@gmail.com before (date).
Consequently the abstract will not be presented nor published.
