Registration Fees and Mode of payment

The Conference

The Registration fees for the conference are Rs. 2950 (i.e., Rs. 2500+ 18% GST) for Indian students/Indian research scholars, and Rs. 7080 (Rs. 6000+18% GST)for Indian delegates; US$ 75 for foreign student/research scholar, and US$ 250 for foreign delegates.

The registration fees may be paid using either of the three options described below-

(I) Using SBICollect
1. Please open the https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm in your browser. If clicking the link doesn’t work, copy the link and paste it into the browser.
2. At the bottom of the page, click the Check Box and then click Proceed button for the payment.
3. Enter: State of Corporate / Institution: Uttarakhand
4. Enter: Type of Corporate / Institution: Educational Institutions
5. Hit Go
6. Enter: Educational Institutions Name: Dean SRIC CONF
7. Press Submit
8. Select Payment Category: IIT Roorkee Conference
9. Fill the Conference Code: CONFR-134-WRD
10. Select Category: Individual (or Sponsoring Agency if you are a Sponsor/ Partner)
11. Please enter your Name, Email ID.
12. Please enter the registration fees. The registration fee is Rs. 2500 (for Indian students/Indian research scholars), Rs. 6000 (for Indian delegates), US$ 75 for foreign students/research scholars, and US$ 250 for foreign delegates.
13. Please enter the payable amount.
The payable amount for Indian students/Indian research scholars is Rs. 2950 (i.e. Rs. 2500+ 18% GST).
The payable amount for Indian delegates is Rs. 7080 (Rs. 6000+18% GST).
The payable amount is US$ 75 for foreign student/research scholar.
The payable amount is US$ 250 for foreign delegates.
14. Please enter remarks, if any.
15. Again enter Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID, and the text as shown in the image.
16. Click Submit button to continue.
17. Verify the details and Click Confirm button to continue.
18. You will be directed to a payment gateway where you can choose from a range of options.
19. After making the payment, you will get a confirmation page and an SMS on the mobile number provided above.
20. Note down SBICollect Reference Number on the confirmation page and complete the registration form.
21. After successful payment of the amount, email a copy of the payment receipt immediately to iccwe2022@wr.iitr.ac.in and dev_t@wr.iitr.ac.in. For students/research scholars- Please mention your Submission ID and author names in the email. For delegates- Please mention the name of your organization.

(II) Using Bank transfer-

Please transfer the respective amount to the IITR conference account provided below.
