The registration fee of the delegates includes registration and conference kit, as well as morning and evening refreshments, lunch, and gala dinner. The Fee structure is given below:

STEP-I The fee may be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Dean (SRIC), IIT Roorkee payable at Roorkee. Alternatively, it can be paid by direct transfer through the link for online conference fee collection available at http://sric.iitr.ernet.in/ or directly at online conference fee collection.

STEP-II The payment detail will be needed while filling the registration form.

1. At the bottom of the online conference fee collection page, click Check Box and then click Proceed button for the payment.
2. Enter: State of Corporate / Institution: Uttarakhand
3. Enter: Type of Corporate / Institution: Educational Institutions
4. Click GO button
5. Enter Educational Institutions Name: Dean SRIC CONF
6. Click Submit button
7. Select Payment Category: IIT Roorkee Conference
8. Fill the Conference Code: SEE-17-EQD
9. Select Category: Individual
10. Registration and Accommodation Fee:
• Payable Amount: Please select from the above categories.
• Remarks: 17SEE-xyz
• Replace 'xyz' by the abstract submission number, i.e., 004 for submission number 4 and 012 for submission number 12, etc.
• Replace 'xyz' by 000 for registration without submitted abstract or paper
• Click Submit button to continue.
11. At the payment gateway, make the payment.
12. A confirmation page will be displayed and a SMS will be sent on the mobile number provided.
13. The SBCollect Reference Number will be needed while filling the registration form.

Accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis in guest houses, hostels within the campus on payment basis. Alternatively, a variety of hotels are available in and around Roorkee.
