INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT New
Indian delegates requiring accommodation must complete their registration by February 21, 2025. Registration for international delegates will close after February 21, 2025. If you are an Indian or Non-Indian passport holder affiliated with an Indian institute, register as an Indian Delegate. If you are an Indian or Non-Indian passport holder affiliated with an institute outside India, register as an International Delegate. For International Delegate, only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. If you require an Indian visa to attend the conference at IIT Roorkee, complete your registration at the earliest. After registration, email rus@ar.iitr.ac.in with a copy of your registration receipt to request an invitation letter for visa processing. If multiple authors want to attend the conference for the same paper, each author wanting to attend must register separately. If you are an author, please write the ‘Paper ID’ provided to you via mail, others write ‘NA’ The fee covers the registration kit, meals, and conference dinner. Keep a copy of your payment receipt for future reference. The registration fee is non-refundable.

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Payment Receipts" section after clicking the payment registration button.
2. Enter your registered mobile number.
3. If a payment receipt has been generated, it means your payment was successful.
If the receipt is not available, please wait for few hours and check again. If the issue persists, contact the conference support team at rus@ar.iitr.ac.in with your payment screenshot for further assistance.
