Single seq analysis, antimicrobial peptides, Data integration, Cancer, genomics and transcriptomics, Machine learning techniques, and database development
Education and experince:
Master in Bioinformatics from CCS University Meerut (India). Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from CSIR - Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP) Lucknow (India).
I have more than Five years experience as Senior Project Fellow and Project Assistant at CSIR-IMTECH Chandigarh (2009-2015), I was responsible for conducting research projects.
I worked more than three years as a Senior Research Fellow, I worked at CSIR-CIMAP Lucknow (2015-2019).
During my postdoctoral fellowship (2019-2021), I worked at Brno University of Technology in Brno, Czech Republic.
