The second IEEE International Conference on Electrical, Electronics, Communication and Computers (ELEXCOM’25) is organized by IIT(ISM) Dhanbad in collaboration with IIT Roorkee during December 20-22, 2025. This conference is sponsored by IEEE Kolkatta section & IEEE Roorkee Subsection. This conference focuses on the Quantum technologies and Cyber Physical Systems that includes Electric Vehicles, Radars, Communication beyond 5G/6G, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and their applications. ELEXCOM'25 will be held at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.

The highlights of ELEXCOM'25 include original research papers, invited talks, vendor exhibitions, tutorials, presentations and panel discussions. It aims to provide a stimulating forum for representatives from industry, academia and government agencies to share ideas, report findings and discuss products, thus defining future directions in these cutting-edge technologies.

Special attention will be placed on research opportunities and 'what comes next' regarding the critical technologies that must be used to progress the state-of-the-art. The new, innovative aspect of ELEXCOM'25 will include a workshop on Quantum technologies for the first time. With various stakeholders onboard, ELEXCOM'25 is expected to produce a comprehensive knowledge of what the industry, society, national and international diaspora need and the necessary steps in this direction.
