BOXNHL25T wagon is fitted with Casnub 22HS bogies having suspension group of 14-outer, 14-inner and 04-snubber per boggie. The wagon has been designed for transportation of iron ores and coal etc. On the advice EcoR, the oscialltion trial of BOXNHL25T was conducted with 25T axle load over TITLAGARH(TIG) - SINGAPUR ROAD (SPRD) Section of E.Co. Railway during the month of October'15. After the trials the Final Report of oscialltion trial was issued incorporating all the comments of various directorates (Tracl, Bridge, Signal etc). Based on this a speed certificate No. MW/SPD/BG/BOXNHL25T has been issued on October 30, 2015 declaring the wagon fit for running at a speed of 100 kmph in empty condition and at 70kmph inloaded condition.
