    Submission

    The file names should be the presenting author’s name as Lastname_Firstname.doc (or .docx) and Lastname_Firstname.pdf. Please send both the files (.doc and .pdf) as email attachments to tc2020.iitr@gmail.com.

    If you are submitting more than one abstract, name them according to the presenting author's name as Lastname_Firstname_1.doc, Lastname_Firstname_2.doc, etc. and send all of them (along with .pdf files as mentioned above) as attachemnts in a single email to the aforementioned address.

    Specify the subject of your email as "ABSTRACT: Your Name (Talk/Poster)". To ensure being considered by the programme committee, please submit your abstract before the deadline. Acceptance of the abstracts will be notified by email soon after the submission deadline.

    The soft copy of the compiled abstracts will be uploaded on the website well in advance.
