The following two steps are needed to register for the course.

    1. Registration at GIAN portal

    First register at the GIAN portal, where you have to pay Rs. 500 separately for life time.Click here for registration at the GIAN portalPlease fill all your details on the GIAN portal, pay the GIAN registration fee and then click to register the course ''Jump Processes in Risk Management'' from the list of the courses.

    2. Registration for the GIAN Course:

    After completing the registration at GIAN Portal, fill the following registration form Click here to fill the registration formThe registration form is at the 5th page, download it and after filling the form, send the scanned copy to the Dr. Chaman Kumar at the email c.kumarfma[at]iitr[dot]ac[dot]in.

    The participation fees for attending the course are as follows:
    • Participants from abroad: US $500
    • Industry/ Research Organizations: Rs. 15000
    • Academic Institutions (Faculty): Rs. 7000
    • Academic Institutions (Students): Rs. 3500

    Students have to show the proof of their full-time student enrollment in academic institute. The above fees include all instructional materials, computer use for tutorials and assignments, free internet facility.

    Important
    1. The registration closes at 06:00 PM on November 30, 2018.
    2. After making the payment, it is mandatory to send the payment receipt to c.kumarfma[at]iitr[dot]ac[dot]in.

    Accommodation
    The participants may be provided with hostel accommodation, depending on availability, on payment basis. The outstation participants who require accommodation should send a request to c.kumarfma[at]iitr[dot]ac[dot]in with the subject ''Request for Accommodation''. The participants who requested accommodation should fill up the following application form and send (the scanned copy) their request to c.kumarfma[at]iitr[dot]ac[dot]in up to November 30, 2018.
