Venue of the Conference

The IEEE ELEXCOM’23 Conference will be held at the IIT Roorkee Campus, Uttarakhand, India.

The 2023 International Conference on Electrical, Electronics, Communication and Computers (ELEXCOM’23), takes place for the first time in Roorkee (Haridwar), situated on the right bank of the Ganges river, at the foothills of the Shivalik ranges. Haridwar is regarded as a holy place for Hindus, hosting important religious events and serving as a gateway to several prominent places of worship.
