2. The selected applicants will receive intimation from the convener. Please come to Roorkee to attend the workshop only if you have received intimation.

3. The selection is on first-come-first-serve basis.

Accommodation and Cost Coverage

Accommodation will be provided to the participants at IIT Roorkee.TA for outstation participants to and fro by AC III tier train will be provided subject to submission of ticket (on actual basis).The costs foraccommodation (three nights and two days) and food for participation in the workshop will be covered by the organizer.
