Oral Presentation Guidelines

• The official language of the event is English.

• Limited number of Contributed Oral Presentations will be selected and the presenters have already been informed of the decision in this regard.

• Your allocated time is 10 minutes, which includes 8 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of Q&A.

• Please keep your presentation limited to 10 slides and do not spend too much time on introduction. Literature review should be avoided.

• Presentation soft copy should be made available to the organizers by 10th December 2018 (email: thirdseec@gmail.com). Please put “Presentation and abstract ID” in the subject line.

• Uploading the presentation before 9 AM on the day of presentation in the conference laptop will be the responsibility of the presenter/s.

• You can check the conference website for the schedule and session of your oral presentation.

• Top contributed oral presentation in each track (3 tracks; each having 6-8 presentations) will be selected by the technical review committee for Awards in the valedictory session of the conference. Judge’s decision will be final in this regard.
