The Institute is fully residential. Accommodation for visitors is arranged in N.C. Nigam Guest House (NCH) and Khosla International Guest House (KIH). You are requested to make an advance hotel booking to avoid the peak season rush during the month of December. For any query, you may contact Convenor of the Conference.

Accomodation Tariffs

Accommodation will be arranged on request in Guest Houses (tentative) located within the Institute. Charges will be paid by the participants.

All Guest houses of the institute are full. No further request of guest house booking will be entertained.

Category-II:
  • All Others (Vendors, Exhibitors etc.), who are not covered in Category -I .

Instructions for Accomodation Traffics

  1. Pay Accommodation traffic only at conference venue.
  2. The participating students (Girls/Boys) will be accommodated separately in the institute Bhawans/Hostels.
  3. No need to pay accommodation charges in advance with Registration Fees.
