Creating Teams to Adding/Inviting Students in Teams
| 4A | Via Team Link
Use this method, if you want to approve each student while accepting in a class team |
| (i) Create a link
So that Students can join your team in just a couple of easy steps |

| (ii)Now copy the link generated in the step 4A(i) send it to all the Students for your class in one go using your Course Wise Email Groups ids which are created on the Email System using IITR Email System | Course wise group email id page link Course Wise Email Groups ids which are created on the Email System using IITR Email System |
| 4B | Via Code
Use this method if you want students to join instantly without approval |
| (i) Create a code
Once you share a join code with Students, they can join your team right away. Use the code as many times as you want. |

| (ii) Now copy the Code generated in the last step 4B(i) send it to all the students for your class in one go using your Course Wise Email Group ids which are created on the Email System using IITR Email System

| 5 | Students will receive that Link/URL or Code to join the respective courses Join a team with a link or code (please scroll to see) (i) Once joined, updates (any post regarding class, documents, meetings or any other feeds) will automatically be received by the students joined in the respective courses. (ii) Any other communication may also be done using the email system, using the email group ids. |
