The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology-Roorkee, India is motivated to organize a FDP course on Pattern recognition and Image processing, sponsored by TEQIP. This FDP course is aimed at faculty members of TEQIP approved colleges interested to learn from various notable dignitaries in the area of Computer Vision and Image Processing.
This course aims at explaining the basic concepts and touching upon all the current key research areas in the domain of Pattern Recognition and Image Processing so that the participants get the idea of the current problems being explored in the field andthe ways to tackle them.
