Centralised Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning plant (HVAC)

This plant has been built to cater to the air conditioning requirements of the newly constructed three buildings - Lecture Hall Complexes-l and ll, and the Convocation Hall. It uses Chilled Water Cooling technology for air conditioning. The main highlight of this project is the ‘control through remote’ mode via the Building Management System. The system has been designed considering capacity optimization and energy efficiency.

• Height of Building = 6.00 Metre
• Capacity of chillers = 3X380 TR with auto Tube cleaning system
• Capacity of Cooling Tower = 3X450 TR
• Capacity of Hot water generator = 4X250 kW
