Ganga Bhawan - This hostel was constructed in 1955-57. Later on, some wings and blocks were added in the year 2007. Majorly this hostel is almost 62-64 years old. This Bhawan has 3 blocks namely A, B and C. Block A and B has G+2 structure and block C has G+3 structure. Major issues at this bhawan were old flooring, old painting, seepage,old fixtures etc to rectify these problems following works are taken-up by E&W :

• 1. Replacement of doors, windows, ventilator frames and shutters as per site requirement.
• 2. Double charged Vitrified tile with quick set tile adhesive in the rooms, balcony and corridor area of the hostels.
• 3. Applying putty layer and painting in the Interior finishing of toilets, corridors, common passages and balcony area.
• 4. Re-waterproofing work of the sunken and toilet area.
• 5. Complete change in Sanitary fittings and fixtures of the Toilet area by Chrome Plated brass fittings and sanitary fixtures of Jaquar or equivalent make.
