Lecture Hall Complex (Ravindra Lok)


A new lecture hall complex is being constructed to house 45 full size lecture halls with all the required basic amenities for the students and faculty who will be using it. The design focus here has been to make maximum use of natural daylight and ventilation, with the building orientation planned to complement it. This complex follows the Modern Style of Architecture which is seen and followed by most of the buildings in the campus. The built-up area of the complex is designed to be 1,43,000 Sq. Ft.

Museum (Department of Earth Sciences)
The ground floor of the existing Museum building in the Department of Earth Sciences is being renovated to don on a modern look with bright colours and rustic looking materials to house their ever-growing collection. The area renovated is 2,550 Sq. Ft.

Fire Testing Lab (Department of Civil Engineering)
A new Fire Testing Laboratory has been built for the Department of Civil Engineering to facilitate the fire testing of materials. The laboratory building is designed to house advanced technology and heavy engineering equipment for the same purpose. The total built-up area of the laboratory is 2,875 Sq. Ft.
