For transferring monitoring and control of utilities from manual to digital, IIT Roorkee is implementing SCADA system. SITC of 11kV Ring Mina Units (RMUs) with add-on Metering arrangement (Digital Multifunction meters) is required so that the same could be monitored and control through SCADA system. These RMUs will have Motorized Control Circuit, Motor, Batteries/ Battery Charger and related equipments etc. The Complete Metering arrangement will consist of energy metering at each Transformer feeder i.e. each Vacuum Circuit Breaker Module.
