Biomass:Estimation of Biomass resources, Biomass Technologies for thermal and biological conversion; Biomass based Electricity Generation and application of bio-fuels.

Solar Energy: Solar Energy estimation and different routes of solar energy applications; Technologies for solar thermal power generation; Photovoltaic power generation system.
