About the Grant
Student Travel Grant – CARE Conference 2026
CARE Conference 2026 is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that empowers young researchers and encourages their active participation in the global AI research community. The Student Travel Grant aims to support deserving students by enabling them to attend the conference in person, showcase their research, interact with leading AI experts, and explore opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and future academic growth.
A limited number of travel grants will be awarded on a competitive basis, with priority given to students presenting their research, demonstrating financial need, and coming from institutions with limited funding opportunities. Our goal is to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent talented young researchers from benefiting from this unique academic experience.
Who can apply
- Students at UG, PG and PhD levels
- Only those whose institute does not support travel financially
Eligible presenters
- Student authors presenting a poster
- Student authors giving a flash talk
What it covers
- Travel fare expenditure, up to ₹5,000
- Whichever is lower: ₹5,000 or the actual fare
