Computational Mechanics Laboratory
Computational Mechanics Laboratory
About
The Computational mechanic's laboratory aims to develop either continuum or atomistic models to study the deformation mechanism associated with different materials (e.g., nanofillers, nanocomposites, and high entropy alloys). Classical and quantum calculations are performed in the laboratory with the help of parallel processing on workstations. LAMMPS, OVITO, Quantum Espresso, and Moltemplate are the codes for modeling materials in the Computational mechanic's laboratory.
