The institute has a dairy which maintains a regular supply of milk and butter to all the residents and messes, as per their requirements. A very high standard of production is maintained at reasonable rates.
The total transactions during the financial year 2004-05 were more than Rs. 70 lacs. Dr. Arvind Kumar, Prof. Deptt of Civil Engg. worked as Chairman Dairy Working Committee: Dr P.K.Garg, Prof. Deptt of Civil Engg. as O.C. Dairy and Dr. V.K. Agarwal, Associate Prof., Chemical Engg. Deptt, as Deputy O.C. Dairy.
