Clinical Services

Comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, educational services are provided to the hearing & speech impaired. An inter–disciplinary team of audiologists, speech language pathologists, special educators, psychologists, social workers, ENT specialist, pediatrician and neurologist maintain high standard of rehabilitation services like:

	Consultation and guidance
	Selection and fitting of hearing aids and ear moulds
	Speech and language therapy
	Parent guidance and counseling
	Psychological evaluation and counseling
	Vocational counseling, training and placement
	Awareness programs for different target groups
	Technical guidance to various agencies
	The school office functions from Monday to Saturday except on public holidays notified by the Government, from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm
	Clinical Service is provided on Saturday from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm
	Registration Timings: Registration ( Local clients ) – 9.30 am to 1.30 pm Registration ( Out station clients ) – all working days

Parents Counseling

Parents Counseling Sessions by the school through Experts & Psychologist is also provided.

RSD Recognizes And Values:

	The parents are intimated about the learning capacity & capability of their wards.
	They are also instructed how to handle the difficult situation of their child.
	Training for all members regarding deafness to the family.
	Collaborative partnerships between teachers, therapists, specialists and families.
