They are highly distinguished persons dedicated to the noble task of training young minds. All of them have doctorates and can boast of teaching in the top universities in the world .Many of them also have to their credit a lot of industry experience.

The faculty is not only involved in the teaching process but also serve as regular contributors to journals and provide their experience to various renowned industries via their Technical Consultancy projects. Most of them serve as heads of various review committees and members of government agencies. IIT Roorkee with a view of constant evolution keeps on adding new members to its faculty regularly.
