1. The offer letter in original issued by the Organizing Chairman, JEE-2011

Original Mark sheets & Certificates of 10th Class and 12th Class or their equivalent, and Category    Certificate (if applicable) along with one attested photocopy of each. In case you want join NSO, bring certificates awarded to you for sports activities.

The original receipt/proof of Rs. 40,000/(Genral/OBC) or 20,000/-(SC/ST) paid by you as Registration fee at the time  of seat allotment.
4. 15 Passport size photographs

Important Notice: Please note that suppression or distortion of any fact like category, qualification, nationality mentioned by you in your application/admission form may make your admission or degree acquired liable for cancellation at any stage.

This offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled in the event of your failure in the qualifying examination or non-fulfillment of any of the eligibility requirements mentioned in the Information Brochure of JEE - 2011 and the booklet ‘Counseling Brochure: A Guide to Candidates Qualified in JEE–2011’ .

If you are unable to report on July 17, 2011 for registration due to medical reasons, you will be allowed proxy registration on the same date i.e., July 17, 2011. The offer of admission will stand cancelled, if no registration is made on July 17, 2011.

This offer is provisional and will be confirmed after the scrutiny of documents. In all correspondence with Institute, you must quote your registration number/enrolment number.

Hostel Accomodation
  Room Allotment:-

(1) Boys admitted at Roorkee Campus Rooms to all the boy-students admitted at Roorkee campus will be allotted in Rajender Bhawan.
(2) Girls admitted at Roorkee Campus Rooms to all the girl-students admitted at Roorkee campus will be allotted in Kasturba Bhawan.
(3) Boys & Girls admitted at DPT Saharanpur Campus Rooms to all the Boys & Girls admitted at DPT Saharanpur will be allotted at DPT Saharanpur campus.
Note:-

Please note that parents will not be allowed to stay in the Hostels along with their wards. Parents are requested to arrange their accomodation in advance in various hotels available in Roorkee for which the information is given here.
